A national adjudicator at the prestigious South African Contact Centre Awards (BPESA& CCMG) for the last four years. Currently, the oldest judge by tenure at the awards.

An active member of (Independent Customer Contact Centre Association) for the last 3 years who actively practices thought leadership.
